Role overview
Join the Performance & Insights Customer Support organization as an AI Analyst focused on analytics, reporting, and operational improvement. In this position, you will help turn data into clear insights for internal and external partners across strategy, operations, business, engineering, and R&D teams in the US and other global regions. The work supports TikTok’s push toward AI-driven automation by improving system setup, resource use, scheduling, and BPO operations in a high-velocity environment.
You will contribute to building scalable methods that strengthen human-AI task allocation, improve efficiency, and elevate both user and agent experiences. The job calls for independent thinking, strong collaboration, and the ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Key responsibilities
This role centers on analytics, measurement, automation testing, and cross-functional decision support. You will use quantitative methods to understand complex business issues, surface patterns, and recommend practical actions that improve customer support performance and business outcomes.
