Job Role and Responsibilities
We seek a driven after-hours dispatcher eager to join a forward-thinking team and contribute to an organization constantly setting new benchmarks for excellence in trucking logistics. This role encompasses managing truckload shipment processes, overseeing a team of drivers, and executing dispatch tasks while ensuring commitments to customers are upheld.
- Keep in regular contact with drivers during shifts.
- Track freight delivery progress, making timely updates to routes as needed.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to adjust daily driver routes based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both drivers and clients.
- Engage with freight brokers to deliver superior customer service.
- Assist customers with detailed information regarding their shipments’ location, pickup, transit, and delivery status.
- Support company growth objectives and assist in enhancing operational processes.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, proactive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of United States geographical locations.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degrees in Engineering, Administration, or Finance are advantageous.
- Accurate and efficient data input skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated with capability to thrive in a dynamic office environment.
- Organizational skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.

Working Hours
Work schedule runs from Friday through Tuesday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM US Central Time, which corresponds to 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM local CET time. Schedule may be subject to change based on operational needs.
Additional Notes
Experience with operations, logistics, or trucking of at least 1 year is preferred. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Candidates must submit resumes in English only. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Skopje.
