Job Overview

We invite a passionate Academic Counselor with 1 to 3 years of relevant background to join us as a vital link guiding students from their current academic standing toward their career objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication capabilities and prior experience in student advising, sales, or relationship management, especially within demanding academic disciplines like research, internships, USMLE preparation, or Cambridge certifications.

Primary Responsibilities

• Become proficient in YungUnitee's key educational offerings and assist students and working individuals in navigating appropriate academic and certification routes.
• Engage attentively with students and parents to identify career concerns and academic needs, offering clear, organized study plans and professional communication through written and spoken English and Hindi.
• Handle prospective student inquiries efficiently by following up on leads, articulating the value of our courses, and securing enrollments aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Provide continuous support throughout the student journey by encouraging active participation in our interactive learning experiences and Practera projects.
• Accurately document all student interactions, progress, and feedback within our CRM system for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of one year and up to three years experience in academic counseling, EdTech sales, career coaching, inside sales, or customer relationship roles.
• Completion of a graduation degree in any discipline is required.
• Excellent command over English and Hindi languages, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills capable of establishing trust and rapport with youths aged 16 to 35.
• Comfortable with technology including Google Workspace, CRM software, video conferencing tools, and a quick learner of new digital platforms.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible in a rapidly evolving organizational context.

Additional Job Details

• Work location is Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, requiring in-office presence on a full-time basis.
• The annual salary is up to ₹300000 plus attractive performance-based incentives.
