Role Overview
As an Admission Officer at Quantean, you will play a key role in driving revenue by achieving sales targets through promoting our exclusive educational programs. This position involves engaging with prospective and current students and their guardians via personal counselling, phone, and email communications.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively selling, up-selling, and cross-selling company educational courses to students and parents.
- Timely collection of outstanding fees from parents to ensure smooth financial processes.
- Manage the entire student journey smoothly by handling related administrative tasks at the Aakash Institute.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with students and parents and resolving their issues promptly.
- Comply with all internal operational processes and regulatory standards.
Additional Information
The role is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra and compensates between 20,000 and 38,000 INR per month.
