Descrição da vaga

Role overview

This position supports the operations team by handling the full permit research and submission workflow. The work centers on investigating permit rules, coordinating with clients, contacting U.S. government offices, filing applications, and monitoring each case through to completion.

This is a specialized administrative role rather than a broad office support or basic data entry job. Success in the position depends on strong accuracy, sound independent judgment, and excellent written and spoken English. You will work closely with U.S.-based Operations Leads and communicate with government offices on behalf of customers.

Key duties

  • Investigate permit requirements using internal systems, AI-assisted tools, and official government sources.
  • Place outbound calls to U.S. government offices to confirm requirements and follow up on permit submissions.
  • Set up, manage, and track permit-related tasks from the beginning of a project to the end.
  • Work with customers to gather the documents and details needed for each case.
  • Submit permit applications through government portals and respond to follow-up queries.
  • Keep records clear, complete, and well organized throughout every project.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant brings at least two years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, BPO, Virtual Assistant, Operations, or closely related administrative role. You should be highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable juggling several open tasks at once. Strong English communication is essential because the role involves speaking and writing to U.S. government offices and customers. Attention to detail is critical, as small errors may create serious consequences. Comfort with AI tools is expected, along with the judgment to verify information manually when needed.

Work schedule and compensation

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, based on local time and aligned with U.S. business hours.
  • This is an independent contractor arrangement with no benefits and no paid time off.
  • Hourly pay ranges from USD 3.50 to USD 7.00, depending on experience and location.

Equipment requirements

  • Laptop or desktop with an Intel Core i5 processor or higher.
  • At least 8 GB RAM.
  • Stable internet connection with a backup connection available.
  • Noise-canceling microphone or headset.
