Role overview
This position is for an Admin In-Charge in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on keeping day-to-day office administration running smoothly, supporting internal coordination, and ensuring records and office processes remain well organized.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee everyday office administration and help maintain smooth operational flow.
- Keep company files, documents, and records properly maintained and easy to retrieve.
- Serve as a point of coordination between management, employees, clients, and external service providers.
- Draft reports and manage administrative communication and correspondence.
- Track office supplies and support routine office needs.
- Provide assistance with logistical and operational coordination whenever needed.
- Keep administrative workflows organized, updated, and compliant with internal expectations.
Requirements
- Prior background in administration, office management, or a comparable position.
- Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks and responsibilities in a busy work setting.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word and Excel.
- Professional conduct with solid troubleshooting and decision-making ability.
- A valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Experience in a contracting or construction environment is considered an added advantage.
