Accounts Receivable Associate (Excel Based)

About the Role

This position involves overseeing daily accounting functions at Vovo Food Pvt. Ltd., including managing payments to vendors associated with franchise owners across all branches. The candidate will liaise regularly with shop managers, franchise stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions and processes.
• Process vendor payments related to franchise owners at multiple outlets.
• Maintain effective communication and coordinate with shop managers, franchise investors, and vendors.
• Monitor and update daily closing sheets for accounting records.

Candidate Requirements

• Sound understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals.
• Proficient communication skills in Marathi and basic English.
• Ability to coordinate effectively and manage multiple relationships.
