Accounts Executive (Manufacturing & Fabrication)

About the Role

We are looking for a competent Accounts Executive to support our manufacturing and fabrication operations based in Kallikupam. This role involves managing daily accounting functions, maintaining financial documentation, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting tasks including recording purchase and sales invoices.
• Handle vendor bill processing and timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts for banks, suppliers, and customers accurately.
• Prepare GST returns, TDS filings, and maintain other statutory financial records.
• Maintain accounting records related to inventory.
• Liaise effectively with auditors and banking institutions.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com) or equivalent.
• Have between 2 to 5 years of practical experience in accounting within a manufacturing or fabrication setting.
• Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, E-invoicing, E-way Bills).
• Familiarity with the purchase process in manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar ERP systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data management.
• Exhibit excellent communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication or engineering manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Ability to collaborate with production teams, stores, suppliers, and management.
