Job Overview
We are looking for a diligent Accountant to oversee daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial record-keeping in our Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting functions including cash, bank, purchase, sales, and journal entries.
- Maintain precise records of cash transactions and bookkeeping.
- Generate and handle E-Way Bills in compliance with GST regulations.
- Prepare GST-related documentation and assist with statutory compliance requirements.
- Conduct reconciliations for bank statements as well as vendor and customer accounts.
- Keep comprehensive records including invoices and vouchers.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper accounting and required documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 4 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime accounting software.
- Understanding of E-Way Bill generation procedures and fundamental GST concepts.
- Experience managing cash transactions and maintaining cash books.
- Proficient in MS Excel with strong analytical capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
