About the Role
Chandra Commercial Private Limited operates in the wholesale and retail sector specializing in water pumps and electrical appliances. They are currently seeking an Accountant to manage various financial and accounting tasks crucial to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records accurately.
- Perform GST filings and handle all tax-related documentation.
- Manage entries for purchases and sales transactions.
- Oversee invoicing and billing processes effectively.
- Conduct bank reconciliation regularly to ensure account accuracy.
- Handle accounts related to debtors and creditors.
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping using Tally software.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants as necessary.
- Reconcile stock records with accounting data.
Candidate Requirements
- Familiarity with Tally Prime software is essential.
- Basic understanding of GST regulations and fundamental accounting principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- Prior experience in trading or wholesale business environments is advantageous.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000.
