Role Overview

As an Account Manager located in Darwin, you will nurture and expand relationships with existing employer partners by promoting novated leasing and salary packaging services. Your role bridges advisory support and business development, fostering trust and educating customers to drive growth consistent with our promise of simplicity and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and convert leads related to novated leasing and salary packaging.
• Deliver exceptional and straightforward customer experiences, educating clients on our financial solutions.
• Maintain strong working relationships internally and externally to support business objectives.
• Expand the number of Easi members and novated leasing clients within current employer accounts.
• Embody and promote Easi’s core values and the "it's easy with Easi" philosophy through every customer interaction.

You are a results-driven, client-oriented professional who excels in building meaningful relationships and delivering effective solutions. Thriving in dynamic environments, you demonstrate proactive initiative, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex information for customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, relationship management, or similar roles focused on customer engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities to connect and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
• A customer-centric approach with the aptitude to identify opportunities and customize solutions effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services, or a related field is highly valued.
