Role Overview

Joined to the Darwin-based Sales team, you will manage and cultivate relationships with existing employer partners while proactively seeking growth in novated leasing and salary packaging engagement. Functioning as a trusted consultant, you'll advise customers on our offerings and contribute to business expansion, consistently embodying the “easy with Easi” commitment. This hybrid position requires onsite visits as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads related to novated leasing and salary packaging.
• Educate clients on salary packaging and novated leasing, ensuring exceptional and seamless experiences at each interaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships both internally within the company and externally with clients.
• Increase participation by growing the number of Easi members and novated leasing users among current employer clients.
• Embody and promote Easi’s core values and the “easy with Easi” promise in all customer encounters.

• Demonstrable experience in account management, business development, or similar customer-facing roles.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services, or closely related industries is highly advantageous.
