About the Role
EY is actively seeking an experienced Account Executive to foster the expansion of our ServiceNow platform, including both software and professional services. This pivotal sales position involves strengthening relationships with clients and increasing the adoption of ServiceNow solutions within current and prospective customers.
Our ServiceNow practice emphasizes enabling clients' digital transformations by addressing business challenges through process enhancements and related services leveraging ServiceNow's various features and modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and cultivate relationships with existing customers while sourcing new business opportunities.
- Develop targeted strategies to generate new sales within key accounts and contacts.
- Maintain management of ongoing opportunities and serve as the main liaison for customer accounts.
- Build trusted advisory connections with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize software and professional services agreements.
- Provide regular updates on sales initiatives and account progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and monitor sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual projections.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing account status and progress.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Over 10 years of experience in selling software solutions and professional services.
- Ability to design tailored, holistic solutions that extend beyond mere software implementation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
- Experience managing multiple account projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem or comparable software platforms.

Salary ranges vary by location, for example:
- Toronto: 144000 to 200000 CAD per year
- London/Waterloo/Ottawa: 121500 to 171500 CAD per year
- Vancouver: 160000 to 240000 CAD per year
