Role overview

Based in Singapore, this position sits at the heart of Naboo’s growth across international markets. As an Account Executive, you will help businesses organise memorable events by converting qualified interest into successful customers.

What you will do

  • Guide clients who come in through marketing-generated interest or returning business as they plan seminars, team offsites, and workshops using the Naboo platform and its curated venue network.
  • Take ownership of inbound opportunities from marketing and SDR teams, assess needs, propose the right solution, win new business, and nurture lasting relationships with important accounts.
  • Share ideas to improve internal workflows, including process enhancements and product-related feedback.
  • Join discussions that help shape the company’s strategic direction and product roadmap.
  • Help coach and onboard new teammates as the team continues to expand.

Candidate profile

The role is best suited to someone with prior experience in SDR or Account Executive roles, preferably in a startup or scale-up setting. Strong English communication is essential, and Mandarin would be an added advantage. You should enjoy working toward clear targets and be motivated by closing deals.
