About the Position

Main Responsibilities
- Handle IT hotline requests via phone in German and English, including thorough documentation.
- Provide 1st-level support by receiving incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticket system.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely or directly at the employee’s workplace and install new hardware and software components.
- Support users in effectively utilizing our applications during daily operations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and actively contribute to the ongoing enhancement of processes and the IT environment.
- Manage smaller projects within the Service Desk scope such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Qualifications
- Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent technical qualification with further education in IT.
- Strong dedication to service and passion for outstanding customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
