About the Internship
This internship at Oben Electric Vehicles Private Limited offers hands-on experience within their talent acquisition team. Interns will support recruitment by sourcing and screening candidates utilizing various platforms and tools, coordinate interviews and assessments, manage candidate databases, and assist in crafting job postings to attract qualified applicants. Responsibilities also include aiding in the onboarding process for new hires, researching contemporary industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition head.
