About the Internship
This internship offers practical experience in the talent acquisition domain by engaging in various stages of the recruitment cycle. The intern will be involved in sourcing candidates from multiple platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, coordinating interview schedules, and managing communications with applicants. Additional responsibilities include posting job vacancies on different portals, maintaining a robust talent pool for ongoing and future hiring requirements, collaborating with clients and hiring teams to understand recruitment needs, tracking candidate progression, supporting onboarding processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The role also focuses on achieving recruitment targets without compromising candidate quality.
