About the Internship
Confluencr, a prominent influencer marketing agency operating across 16 countries including India, is seeking an energetic Recruitment Trainee to join their team for an upcoming creator engagement project. This position involves talent outreach, onboarding coordination, and collaboration with various stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential creators and candidates using phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
- Manage the onboarding process by gathering necessary documents and information.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience.
- Keep recruitment tracking systems updated with accurate data.
- Arrange calls and liaise with internal teams as needed.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with creators and participants during onboarding.
- Support daily recruitment and talent acquisition tasks.
- Assist the team with ongoing campaigns and operational activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Able to start between July 15, 2026 and August 19, 2026.
- Willing to commit to the entire 2-month internship period.
- Should possess relevant skills and keen interest in recruitment activities.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in phone communications and ability to follow up effectively.
