About the internship
Airtribe is building a large learning platform centered on cohort-based courses and lifelong learning, with the goal of improving learner outcomes. In this internship, you will work as a Learning Experience Associate and play a key role in shaping how learners move through the program. The role focuses on coordinating cohort operations, managing workshops, and making sure each stage of the learner journey feels well-organized, responsive, and high quality.
This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys structure, has an interest in education, and is comfortable acting as the connective link between learners, mentors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Handle cohort operations from onboarding through to the end of the program.
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule live workshops, masterclasses, and community-based sessions.
- Serve as the main contact for learners and help resolve queries quickly and smoothly.
- Support the design and delivery of major events, webinars, and collaborative initiatives.
- Keep learners engaged through reminders, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as growth, content, and tech, as well as external partners including mentors and speakers.
- Track timelines and ensure program activities stay on schedule and meet the expected quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational ability with a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and handling coordination tasks quickly.
- A sense of ownership and a genuine focus on learner success.
- Prior exposure to events, operations, or community-related work is an advantage.
- Experience with college events or fest coordination is also considered a plus.
