About the internship
Namaah Pvt Ltd is looking for a Creative Lead Intern to help steer campaign-driven design work and strengthen brand communication across digital channels. The role sits within a technology and AI-focused company that builds software, automation, cloud, SaaS, web and mobile products, and UI/UX experiences for enterprises and startups.
What you’ll do
- Plan and drive creative campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Develop original ideas for social media, branding, and marketing initiatives.
- Create attention-grabbing graphics, banners, posters, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Keep visual identity consistent across all online touchpoints.
- Work closely with content, social media, HR, marketing, and video teams.
- Evaluate creative outputs and share helpful feedback for improvement.
- Track deadlines and make sure deliverables are completed on time.
- Stay current with design trends and bring in fresh creative directions.
- Build campaign mood boards and support brand guideline creation.
- Contribute to event branding and design of promotional materials.
- Support employer branding, hiring campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
- Handle several creative projects at once and keep them organized.

Other requirements
- Students or recent graduates from Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or similar streams are preferred.
- Experience in graphic design, branding, or social media management will be an advantage.
- Leadership exposure through college clubs, events, or student organizations is preferred.
- A strong portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or a similar platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools is considered an added benefit.
- Basic video editing knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and guide junior designers is valued.
- Strong English communication skills are preferred.
- You should be able to generate original campaign ideas.
- A strong interest in branding and visual storytelling is important.

- Flexible working hours are offered.
- Monthly stipend structure includes fixed pay of ₹4,000 to ₹10,000 and incentive pay of ₹2,000 to ₹4,000.
- The expected salary for a full-time role after conversion is ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
