Role Overview

This on-site academic counseling internship is based in Chennai and Tiruvallur. The selected intern will help guide prospective students, explain course options, and support the admissions process from first inquiry through enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective students over phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to explain available programs and career paths.
• Assess each student’s academic background, career goals, and learning needs in order to suggest appropriate courses.
• Track and follow up with leads coming from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
• Support conversion of inquiries into enrollments by clearly sharing details about courses, fees, schedules, and admission steps.
• Keep student and lead records current in the CRM system.

Internship Details

The internship runs for 6 months and is expected to begin immediately. This is a full-time, in-office role with 2 openings available.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time on-site internship, be able to start between 6 Jul 2026 and 10 Aug 2026, commit to the full 6-month duration, and have relevant skills and interests for the role.

Compensation

The stipend is INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
