Weekend Receptionist

Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to serve as the Receptionist at our Volkswagen showroom located in Coventry. This part-time role involves working weekends, specifically Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Role Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome visitors to the dealership and introduce them to the appropriate staff members.
• Handle inbound calls, directing them accurately to relevant departments.
• Provide support for various customer events and promotional activities within the departments.
• Perform occasional administrative tasks as required.
