Job Overview

Codde is seeking a talented and efficient Web Designer to join their team working from home. The primary focus will be on social media content creation, crafting visually appealing graphics and digital materials. This role requires creativity, technical design skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging posts tailored for social media platforms.
• Design institutional materials such as visual identities, brochures, presentations, and other communication assets.
• Translate concepts and ideas into attractive and effective visual designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency with design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools demonstrating both speed and quality results.
• Basic video editing capabilities using tools such as CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar applications.
• Strong visual taste with an acute aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills, agility, and the ability to handle multiple demands efficiently.
• Preferred: experience with Figma for website creation and prototyping.
• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing previous design work.

Work Schedule and Conditions

• Approximately 4 to 5 hours per day with flexible timing.
