Warehouse Specialist

Overview

The Warehouse Specialist will handle daily operations involving the receipt, inspection, storage, and shipment of hardware materials, spare parts, and factory supplies to ensure accurate inventory management and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound deliveries by unloading goods, conducting inspection and verification of quantities, and preparing required operational documentation.
• Perform outbound shipments ensuring materials are correctly dispatched with accurate paperwork.
• Conduct routine and periodic stocktaking activities, identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Address and track abnormal stock issues, submitting standardized stocktaking reports to management as needed.
• Oversee warehouse sorting, shelving, zone management, maintain cleanliness, and implement basic fire safety measures to uphold organizational standards.
• Organize and archive operational documents, assist with monthly inventory reconciliation, ensuring physical stock aligns with system records.
• Fulfill additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education level: College degree or higher, preferably with a background related to warehouse or logistics.
• At least one year of experience working in a warehouse environment, specifically with hardware materials and spare parts management.
• Experience in mining or factory manufacturing settings is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in basic warehouse procedures and accurate inventory counting.
• Good command of English to facilitate communication and coordination of daily tasks.
• Personal attributes include diligence, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work on-site and adhere strictly to company policies and safety regulations.
