Waiter/Waitress

Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress will ensure guests at Printemps Doha's various food and beverage outlets receive an outstanding dining experience. Duties include taking orders, serving dishes and drinks, offering menu recommendations, and maintaining high guest satisfaction that aligns with the unique atmosphere of each outlet.

Required Experience & Skills

• Previous hospitality or restaurant service experience is preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of food and beverage service procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Adeptness at multitasking and working efficiently in busy settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.

Job Specific Competencies

• Providing excellent customer service that enhances the dining atmosphere.
• Skilled in proper food and beverage serving techniques consistent with service standards.
• Comprehensive product knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to engage with customers.
• Competence in operating POS systems for order processing and billing.
