Hotel Br Villa, located in Kanina, Mahendragarh, Haryana, is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Waiter / Steward. This full-time day shift position is open to freshers and aims to deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests through courteous and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and providing prompt and attentive table service.
• Accurately taking customer orders and relaying them to the kitchen team.
• Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously.
• Preparing and cleaning tables before and after service to maintain a neat dining environment.
• Responding to guest requests to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
• Upkeeping hygiene and cleanliness standards within the dining area.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Adhering to the hotel's safety, hygiene, and service protocols.

Qualifications and Candidate Requirements

• Applicants should be male between the ages of 18 and 40 years.
• Minimum educational qualification is 10th grade pass or below.
• No English language proficiency is required.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; previous experience is not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of waitering and meal service procedures.
• Ability to serve meals and beverages efficiently.
• Experience with tableside preparation and order taking.
• Competence in maintaining cleanliness of tables and work area.
• Customer service skills to attend to guests courteously.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
