zerohash is seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to spearhead the execution of intricate, cross-departmental strategic projects. Key Responsibilities

Oversee comprehensive planning and implementation of complex, cross-functional projects.
Simultaneously manage multiple workstreams by harmonizing stakeholders from various departments.
Implement program governance frameworks, handle dependencies, mitigate risks, and secure predictable program outcomes.
Lead strategic internal projects and assist with client implementation programs.
Collaborate closely with the Implementation Manager for successful client delivery.
Facilitate cross-team coordination and maintain transparent visibility.
Develop and sustain program schedules, milestones, and reporting tools.
Design automated AI-powered reporting systems adaptable for diverse stakeholders and develop scalable program management frameworks.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or an equivalent discipline.
Minimum of 10 years in a focused program management role managing complex and cross-functional projects.
Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale programs from start to finish.
Experience juggling concurrent workstreams, managing dependencies and risks, while fostering alignment across teams and organizational layers.
Profound knowledge of product development lifecycle principles and agile methodologies.
Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders, executive communication, and delivering presentations.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience instituting governance standards, enhancing delivery processes, and promoting operational excellence in rapidly evolving settings.
Familiarity with remote and globally distributed teams.
Expertise in Jira and the Atlassian software suite.
Comprehensive understanding of trading products, tokenization, digital asset lifecycles, wallets and custody, settlements, liquidity management, fiat on/off-ramps, identity and compliance integrations, and APIs.
