Visual Merchandising Manager

About the Role

As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing the store's visual presentation while managing a team of visual merchandising staff. This role requires in-depth knowledge of products, customer service excellence, and efficient stock and loss management aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain thorough knowledge of products including materials, fabrics, and styles within a commercial and fashion context.
• Stay updated on store inventory, new arrivals, market trends, and competitor products, providing regular feedback to the product department at the Spain headquarters.
• Implement and adapt the company's customer service practices to meet specific customer needs effectively.
• Apply and enhance the company's visual merchandising techniques, ensuring product displays align with guidelines received from head office.
• Manage store furniture such as hangers, benches, and tables to create optimized product displays tailored for the store.
• Oversee the product reception and replenishment processes to maintain smooth inventory flow.
• Lead, guide, and train a team of visual merchandisers to ensure efficient performance of merchandising duties.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to company procedures for loss prevention, and enforce security protocols in fitting rooms, cash registers, and store zoning to minimize losses.
• Organize and control stockroom operations, ensuring proper stock rotation using available tools.
