What you will do

Create and roll out a commercial excellence roadmap that improves efficiency, streamlines workflows, and builds team capability.
Work closely across operations, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and human resources to keep execution aligned.
Design, refine, and maintain commercial operating processes, standards, and management frameworks.
Track important business indicators such as revenue growth, margin performance, operating expense, and customer satisfaction.
Lead improvement and transformation efforts that raise overall productivity and operational performance.
Spot opportunities and risks in the business and develop practical response plans.
Support talent development, performance management, team growth, and capability building.
Contribute to budget preparation, financial review, and forecasting activities.
Promote compliance, consistency, and smooth collaboration across functions.
Present operating outcomes, risk areas, and improvement ideas to senior leaders.

Experience and profile

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial operations, business excellence, operations leadership, or strategic management, with a strong record of improving performance in complex, multi-team settings. This role calls for excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills, along with the ability to balance growth with efficiency and operational discipline.

Preferred background

Experience from consumer goods, retail, technology, manufacturing, or B2B environments is commonly valued. A bachelor’s degree or higher is expected, and an MBA or similar advanced qualification is often preferred.
