Vice President, Executive Operations - Office of CEO

Overview

We seek a dynamic Vice President of Executive Operations to partner directly with the CEO, serving as a strategic multiplier and execution leader. This role will significantly amplify the CEO's operational impact, facilitating faster and more effective decision-making while coordinating across key departments including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Go-To-Market.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and manage the enterprise operational cadence, including leadership meetings, business reviews, offsites, and board meetings.
• Draft the initial quarterly earnings script and oversee market communications, crafting a compelling narrative for public markets.
• Develop narratives and content for the CEO's keynote speeches at major events such as Investor Day and flagship customer conferences.
• Summarize complex business and financial data into clear options and action plans to accelerate executive decisions.
• Bridge organizational silos, resolve internal friction, and ensure strategic commitments are tracked across departments.
• Represent the CEO in strategic meetings and working groups, elevating execution quality and operational standards company-wide.
• Lead a team of Customer Advocates as strategic partners for top-priority client engagements, managing preparation, follow-up, and resolution efforts.
• Manage high-impact special projects, quickly addressing operational challenges, market opportunities, and organizational shifts.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience showing fast career growth in fast-moving software environments.
• Blend of consulting and enterprise software experience: minimum 3 years at a top consulting firm with skills in problem solving, storytelling, transformation, and financial analysis.
• At least 4 years in operational leadership or business strategy roles within enterprise B2B software organizations, preferably those with $1B+ ARR.
• Proven track record advising or supporting C-suite leaders, enhancing executive velocity, strategic planning, and cohesive operations.
• Strong understanding of software business drivers, metrics, sales strategies, product-led growth, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of converting complex strategies and data into effective presentations.
• High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and humility with proven ability to build trust and align senior leadership across matrixed teams.

Compensation

The salary range for this role in the U.S. spans $162,000 to $318,000 USD, with final offers based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and location. Additional benefits include equity opportunities, a stock purchase program, flexible time off, and mental health resources.
