UX/UI Designer - User Experience Team

Overview

Join Sansav Properties LLC as a UX/UI Designer within our User Experience team based in the Greater Perth Area. This role demands a thorough understanding of the assigned product's technology and features to create meaningful design solutions that enhance user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge related to your designated product area.
• Conduct research to generate insights into human behavior and business impact for product enhancements.
• Create comprehensive design deliverables, including competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively resolve user challenges.
• Communicate UX findings clearly with the design department, cross-functional teams, and relevant stakeholders to simplify complex concepts.

Candidate Requirements

• A portfolio that showcases thoughtfully conceived and polished end-to-end customer journey designs.
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in interactive or visual design roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and communication.
• Up-to-date awareness of trends in mobile technology, communications, and collaboration tools.
• Proficient in producing polished design prototypes, mockups, and other presentation artifacts.
• Ability to accurately scope project efforts, estimate timelines, and independently prioritize tasks and objectives.
• Demonstrated impact on live product launches through design contributions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Skilled in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
