Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our creative team remotely, with preference for candidates near Los Angeles given proximity to our Beverly Hills office. The ideal candidate will craft compelling user experiences and interfaces across multiple digital platforms including corporate websites, B2B/B2C portals, e-commerce sites, web apps, and mobile applications. Collaboration with the growth marketing team is essential to design impactful visuals for campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages. An important responsibility is to establish and uphold design systems that ensure brand consistency across various client channels. You will engage directly with clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver polished design assets that facilitate smooth developer handoff. This is a unique chance to contribute to prestigious projects alongside a talented multicultural team, influencing top global brands.

Qualifications

Three to five or more years of UX/UI design experience within agencies or fast-paced settings
Robust portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, user experience, and branding
Successful track record creating highly effective landing pages and marketing websites
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative workflows
Ability to develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience collaborating closely with developers to convert designs into functional products
Current understanding of design trends, tools, and industry best practices
Excellent command of English for communication
Availability to work aligned with Pacific Time (Los Angeles hours)

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging user experiences and interfaces for diverse digital mediums such as websites, web applications, and mobile apps
Design captivating visual content for marketing campaigns including newsletters and landing pages
Build and sustain design systems ensuring consistent branding across platforms and materials
Define and steer artistic brand direction throughout various assets and channels
Present concepts and prototypes directly to clients during regular meetings, collect feedback, and obtain approval
Manage delivery of design tasks for about five active client projects monthly
Prepare well-organized, developer-ready assets adhering to brand standards optimized for implementation
