Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Content Designer / UX Writer to research, develop, and execute customer-focused content primarily for our apps and internet banking platforms. As part of the UX Content Team, you will act as the customer’s voice by creating intuitive pathways to information, crafting seamless micro-copy and user flows, promoting digital engagement, and leveraging user research for informed content decisions.

This full-time position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Wellington, involving a hybrid schedule with three days in-office and two days of flexible working.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with UX Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, and development teams to design accessible and clear digital experiences.
  • Participate actively in project planning sessions and discovery workshops with stakeholders and team members.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of content guidelines, workflows, and the design system.
  • Analyze user research data and analytics to inform and improve content solutions.
  • Edit and co-create content in partnership with teammates.
