About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated UK Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team based in Hyderabad. This position focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse non-IT roles across UK and European markets, including sectors such as Finance, Administration, HR, Operations, Marketing, and Sales. The role operates on a hybrid work model and follows a UK/afternoon shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for a variety of non-IT positions in the UK/European region.
- Leverage UK-specific job portals including CV-Library, Reed, Totaljobs, and LinkedIn Recruiter to establish a strong pipeline of talent.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment norms, including visa and work authorization conditions like Right to Work and Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), along with notice period requirements.
- Manage candidate communication from initial engagement, through interview arrangements, salary discussions, and final offer acceptance.
- Collaborate efficiently with hiring managers and clients to close requisitions promptly within defined service level agreements.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment focusing on UK or European markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK geography and related employment tax concepts such as PAYE, Umbrella, and Ltd Company structures.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work UK shift timings comfortably.
- Residing in Hyderabad or ready to commute to office under the hybrid model.
