Trainer

Role Overview

The Trainer will be responsible for educating and supervising Business Development Managers (BDMs) regarding various finance and loan products, sales methodologies, and call quality standards. The role focuses on enhancing team performance and ensuring strict compliance with established processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for newly hired BDMs.
• Mentor and support new trainers in understanding training protocols and procedures.
• Deliver regular training programs on a daily basis to reinforce skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate call quality, providing constructive feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Distribute training materials including scripts, frequently asked questions, and voice recordings.
• Monitor team performance metrics categorized as Green, Yellow, or Red zones and take necessary actions.
• Liaise closely with Team Leaders to coordinate training and operational activities.
• Oversee lead management including profiling and case study analysis.
• Maintain rigorous process compliance and ensure discipline within the team.
• Handle internal communications and provide timely updates related to training and operational matters.
