Job Overview and Responsibilities
This role involves expertise with TrackWise Digital and Sparta Systems, focusing on Quality Management Systems (QMS) modules such as Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Audits, and Document Management. Responsibilities include configuring and administering TrackWise Digital, managing workflows, user roles, and security settings, and performing computerized system validation activities like IQ, OQ, and PQ.
Additional duties encompass compliance with GxP regulations, 21 CFR Part 11, and Data Integrity standards, handling system upgrades and enhancements, and integrating TrackWise with ERP/LIMS systems via APIs. Prior experience with TrackWise 8 and migrating to TrackWise Digital is preferred, especially within Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences sectors.
