Third-in-Charge (3IC)

About the Role

Join Goodbyes in Hobart as a Third-in-Charge (3IC), a key leadership position within our store. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager and Second-in-Charge (2IC) by guiding an enthusiastic team to deliver an excellent store experience and support the consignment process. You will take charge during shifts as needed, leveraging your pricing knowledge to boost sales and uphold a dependable resale service for customers and consignors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management team and take initiative to lead shifts when necessary.
• Apply your expertise in pricing to enhance sales performance and sustain trust in our resale offerings.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized, and safe store environment aligned with Goodbyes’ values.
• Help ensure smooth consignment operations, covering team assistance, customer service, and attractive store presentation.

• Work Location: Hobart, Tasmania
• Position Type: Full-time (29.5 hours per week)
• Annual Salary: $49,684.21 with leave entitlements under the Fair Work Act including 17.5% leave loading.
