Job description
Role Overview
As a TGA Estimator at MAUSS BAU, you will independently handle the cost estimation for HVAC and related trades in complex large-scale projects. This role requires considering current market conditions and economic factors at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly analyze and evaluate tender documents from both public and private clients.
- Document and coordinate offers in close collaboration with relevant departments and project stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings within the tenders.
- Prepare, assess, and calculate special proposals and change orders for projects already estimated.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Several years of professional experience working in an HVAC trade company or technical building services planning office, ideally within estimation or a related function.
- Strong industry knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of cost and price structures in technical building equipment.
- A strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking, and a solution-driven approach.
- Structured, independent work habits along with a readiness to assume responsibility.
- Personal qualities of discretion, reliability, resilience, and excellent teamwork skills.
