  • Facilitate monthly peer advisory board meetings for groups of business owners, executives, and managers.
  • Run strategic leadership and transformation workshops that bring vision, culture, and execution into alignment.
  • Use the Business Builder’s Blueprint™ to support practical strategic planning.
  • Offer extra consulting services, workshops, planning sessions, and customised support to broaden revenue and impact.

  • Lead 4-hour peer board sessions each month, guiding discussion, surfacing insights, and helping members leave with clear next steps.
  • Meet members individually between board sessions to support accountability and keep commitments moving forward.
