Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose termite issues by understanding pest behaviors to determine effective treatment plans.
• Conduct termite preventive and remedial services safely and following company standards.
• Apply anti-termite treatments to buildings adhering to schedules and safety regulations.
• Explain to customers the factors encouraging termite activity, treatment procedures, and any necessary structural modifications.
• Ensure that each work order's specifications are appropriate and complete.
• Operate and maintain service vehicles and pest control equipment efficiently.
• Accurately complete production documentation detailing the services performed.
• Engage with customers, providing clear explanations of treatments and outcomes.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Adapt to various environmental conditions such as seasonal weather changes, damp or dusty locations.
• Prepare sites adequately prior to treatments and access crawl spaces and building structures including climbing stairs and ladders.
• Must be comfortable working at heights of up to 20 feet and within small, confined spaces.
• Experience in general labor, carpentry, cement work, roofing, gutter maintenance, or attic work is advantageous.
• Undergo frequent physical movement including climbing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, balancing, and navigating scaffolds and ramps.
• Comply with personal protective equipment usage, including OSHA-approved respirators, during confined space work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A clean-shaven face is mandatory for respirator safety.
• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence; company provides vehicle and fuel card.
• A minimum of one year in customer service; experience in termite control is beneficial but not required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new skills and techniques.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as necessary.
• Compliance with all federal, state, and local licensing or certification requirements, which the company supports.
• Basic math skills sufficient for measuring, mixing treatments, and following label instructions.
