The role involves engaging prospective clients through calls, generating quality leads, arranging site visits, and ensuring consistent follow-up with customers to boost sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to introduce and promote real estate offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads for further sales processes.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits for interested clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy is required to manage calls and maintain records.
• Experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, though fresh candidates with strong communication aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Must possess a positive mindset and strong persuasion capabilities.

Compensation

The salary ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹20,000 per month, complemented by attractive performance-based incentives tailored to the candidate's experience.
