Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our Business Development team at our Goregaon (West), Mumbai office. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives. The position is full-time and requires working from the office during specified hours.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct between 100 to 150 outbound cold calls daily to potential prospects.
Present and explain the company's services to prospective clients and evaluate their suitability.
Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the Business Development team members.
Maintain detailed records of calls made and follow-up actions.
Consistently achieve daily targets related to calls and lead generation.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales roles.
Proficient in English and Hindi communication.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn new skills.
Comfortable with making outbound cold calls to prospects.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires working from the Goregaon (West) office in Mumbai from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary in the range of INR 15,000 to INR 18,000.
All necessary training and calling data will be provided by the company.
