Job Overview

We seek a Telecalling Executive to communicate with potential customers over the phone, present our product range, and actively boost sales. The role demands courteous interaction, confidence, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Phone customers to describe and promote our products, with training provided.
• Provide detailed product information and handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Follow up with interested prospects for potential engagement.
• Keep accurate records of calls and customer feedback.
• Assist in converting leads into confirmed sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team by sharing leads and relevant insights.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Completed 12th grade or holds a graduate degree.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi with basic English understanding.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Excel and WhatsApp.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary between 5000 and 7000 INR, supplemented by incentives based on performance.
