Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, goal-driven Telecaller to manage patient inquiries, relay information about hospital treatments and doctors, follow up on leads from multiple channels, and schedule consultations or visits effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide detailed information about RIIMS Hospital's services, treatments, and specialist doctors.
• Follow up timely on leads originating from the website, social media, and advertisements.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately.
• Guide interested patients towards hospital visits or doctor consultations.
• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment bookings.
• Handle patient queries with politeness and escalate to senior staff when necessary.
• Consistently meet calling and appointment conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
• Experience in telecalling, healthcare, BPO, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with computers and basic CRM or Excel is required.
• Patient, polite, and persuasive communication style.
• Freshers with strong communication abilities are welcome to apply.
• Female candidates are preferred.

• Job Type: Full-time position.
• Work Location: Baraut, Baghpat within the Delhi-NCR region.

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
