Telecaller

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Telecaller to join our team. This role requires making outbound calls to potential customers as well as handling inbound inquiries, all while effectively communicating the company's products and services and fostering positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Manage inbound calls, addressing and resolving customer queries.
• Clearly describe the company's products and service offerings.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of 12th grade (Intermediate) in any stream is essential.
• Good verbal communication skills; proficiency in Telugu is preferred, with Hindi and English as additional assets.
• Basic computer literacy.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 37,000 INR.
