About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both outbound and inbound calls to promote products and services.
• Effectively communicate product features, promotional offers, and benefits in an engaging and straightforward manner.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate call records, customer data, and follow-ups using CRM software.
• Professionally manage customer inquiries, objections, and complaints.
• Follow up diligently with prospective leads and current customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build customer rapport.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in CRM systems is advantageous.
• Excellent listening capabilities paired with a customer-centric attitude.
• Resilience to rejection and strong intrinsic motivation.
• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent; preference for graduates.
