Tele Calling Collection Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Tele Calling Collection Executive to join our team in Tirupati. This full-time role focuses on making outbound calls to customers to follow up on overdue payments and ensuring successful debt recovery. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent customer service standards while meeting collection targets and complying with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding payments.
• Conduct follow-ups to facilitate timely collection of dues.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements aligned with company guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and payment information accurately in the CRM system.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly collection goals.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures while maintaining customer care quality.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, customer support, or BPO environments.
• Possession of Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is advantageous.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer operations.
• Proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam languages is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹14,500 to ₹20,000 along with attractive incentives. The workplace is based in Tirupati.
