About the team

Corporate IT supports Sea’s worldwide employee base by delivering technology services, automation, and digital tools. In this Digital Transformation team role, you will contribute to initiatives that shape how more than 100,000 employees engage with IT across the organization.

What you will learn

• Foundational understanding of digital transformation, automation, AI, and enterprise IT operations.
• Experience supporting programs that influence employees across several countries.

What you will do

• Help drive the execution of Corporate IT transformation initiatives.
• Work with partners from IT, HR, Procurement, and business functions to keep work moving.
• Monitor timelines, risks, dependencies, and pending actions.
• Create slides, reports, process notes, and meeting support materials.
• Assist with user studies, process enhancement, and solution design tasks.
• Support testing, deployment, and employee adoption of new technology solutions.
• Research digital transformation, AI, automation, and relevant industry practices.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Genuine interest in digital transformation, technology, or project management.
• Good communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling data, presentations, and written documentation.
• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and willing to learn.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or data analysis will be an advantage.

Additional information

This internship is stated as a 6-month opportunity and is based onsite in Singapore.
