Role Responsibilities

• Manage network infrastructure and firewall configurations.
• Deploy and maintain both virtual and physical servers.
• Oversee Office 365 security measures and management tasks.
• Deploy and manage VoIP phone systems.
• Perform software setup and configurations.
• Handle physical cabling and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
• Demonstrate knowledge and acumen in cybersecurity.

Technical staff may work in help desk or field roles, with flexibility to move between these depending on workload demands.
