Gratitude India, established in 2004 and accredited with ISO 9001:2008, is a technologically advanced recruitment firm specializing in enhancing hiring processes with AI chatbot technology. We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to join our international BPO team based in Pune with a salary range up to 700,000 INR per year.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service roles, preferably within Telecom or Technical Services sectors.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Capability to understand and respond to emails efficiently.
- Availability and willingness to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
- Graduation is not mandatory; candidates with or without a degree in relevant fields are welcome to apply.
